Default Places to autox?

Does anyone know where I might be able to autox in the binghamton area? I'd really like somewhere to go.

Thanks!

PM NickfromNY - he's a head honcho in the Southern NY Region of SCCA. The Upstate NY forum is also a place to check out since there are several regions that all interact with each other. I'm in Rochester, about 2.5 hours from Binghamton.

If you're willing to travel a bit, you can hit a lot of events throughout the whole scenic WNY area. We've recently been using the old Seneca Army Depot runways which have opened up some new course types to us that a parking lot just can't serve up...

Broome Community College back parking lot on This SUNDAY October 2nd, 2005. Registration closes at 11am. 1st car off at noon. Cost is $20 for SCCA members and $30 for non members. Brian Bell is event chairman. BTW this is located in Binghamton at the corner of three major highways and is a very easy drive from most points in the east. Right next to a Cracker Barrel Buffet. We averaged 7 runs at our past 6 events. Hope to get 8 this Sunday. Sorry to miss it but I'll be out of town at Fall Colors. We need more members and the S is always welcomed sight. Please bring lots of friends that want to try it out. We are very beginner friendly and have loaner helmets also. Check our web site@

I love it, coming up to Upstate from Jersey to do an autox - good for you!

Nick and Jeff have given you good advice.

Feel free to stop on over in the "New York - Upstate New York" forum.

thanks for the good info! My parents live in the Binghamton area, so I figured I could visit them on a saturday and do an autox while i'm out there before I come back home. =)

When is the next one? I think I'll be at CT this sunday for regionals.

May 2006 Awards and dinner meeting on 11/12/05 at Brothers 2 in Endwell 6pm. Glen region has a special event set on the weekend of 10/8 or 9 that requires a navigator.
