For those of you lucky enough to have the HDNet channel, you can watch us race tomorrow and Monday from Lime Rock. Our race is televised live at 2:00PM Eastern, but replayed at 1:00AM Eastern for you west coast guys. Please tune in if you get the chance! If the racing is anything like our last one at Mosport, it should be entertaining! Hopefully we can build on a 5th place finish last time out, and shoot for the podium.

The HDNet guide is here for the exact Monday times, 'cause I can't remember them!

Jason, congrats on race 2 qualifying and the pre-race airtime! Caught the Speed GT and Touring races, but had to bail about halfway into the first lap of the Miata race.

What's up with all these "noncompliant" camshafts? Geez...

Here's when HDNET says they'll re-air:

Thu., Jun. 3rd 4:00 PM ET
1:00 PM PT Mazdaspeed Miata Cup
Second race of performance-enhanced Mazda Miatas at Lime Rock, Connecticut.
Special Encore Presentation

Fri., Jun. 4th 7:00 AM ET
4:00 AM PT Mazdaspeed Miata Cup
Second race of performance-enhanced Mazda Miatas at Lime Rock, Connecticut.

I watched the delayed west coast feed of this race. It was pretty entertaining alright. Lots of nudging and bumping for position.

Don't have HDnet. Any chance of the spec miata race being broadcast on SPEED?

I just got a chance to see part of Monday's broadcast! Cool stuff. It was really cool to see myself in the lead, but not so cool to see myself get shuffled back in the way I did. At least the commentators picked my side in the whole thing!

Oh well, 4th is still my best finish and starting on pole in only my 8th roadrace ever, being such a competitive series, is certainly rewarding. Who says autocross doesn't help you with roadracing. Hayashi, you listening?

A special thanks to www.speedniche.com for supporting us - if you need any home theater gear, speakers, etc - check them out! Also www.tirerack.com and www.kingmotorsports.com for their support.

Here's a nice pic of the car when I was in second place Monday:

Congrats, Jason. If you happen to have a race in the Southeast, give a shout. I'd love to watch the race and get a closer look at the car!

I asked a friend of mine who has HD service to record the race for me so I could at least watch it. He says there is no way to record from HD, I wasn't looking for anything fancy (just regular VHS would have been fine) but the signal is all digital so way to record it.

Congrats Jason!
