Well I am in the process of buying some new SO2's for the front tires. My question is, would it be okay if I used one brand new tire and one used tire in the front? I found one front SO2 that has about 1000 miles on it and I was planning on buying another used one. Would this set up adversely affect the handling or be dangerous? SO2's are so expensive right now, and I am trying to stay on street tires at the track as long as possible as some members are suggesting. Any suggestion or opinions would be appreciated.

Sure, as long as the tread wear is pretty even from one tire to another, just because someone other than you put some miles on the tires doesn't make them bad
