Ok I swear the last question about a roll bar...
It seems as the majority of people recommend a welded lower single diagonal with the hard dog bar. But with a welded double diagonal, I believe the glovebox is still operable and there is less obstruction to the rear view mirror. So please explain the advantage of the single/why I would want to pick it?

Really depends on your local club. Some allow double diagonal, but clubs that follow SCCA rules to the letter won't allow double diagonal as far as I know. That may even apply for HPDE; to even participate in a driving school in my club, convertible drivers need SCCA approved rollbars for insurance reasons.

I never even notice my single diagonal in the rear view mirror.
With the welded diagonal and lower bar you will lose the compartment, but you'll get the most protection and proper harness height.
The double diagonal does not have a diagonal within the main hoop which I believe is necessary in order to pass inspections for racing organizations.
