OEM top hat question

Anyone have an OEM top hat readily accessible and could measure something for me? I need to know the ID dimension of the spring seat where the rubber spring isolator sits. I want to order some PU spring isolators for 2.5" springs so they are not so sloppy in the OEM top hat.
