I would never use those studs h&r gave. They're aluminum and seem like they would be very weak.

You will be ok with the stock lugs with 5mm spacers, but when I ran them I never felt overly comfortable about it.

I wouldnt run these on a track, but for autox I think they will be fine.

the 5mm are fine on the track too. I just don't like having contact with a 1/4" less stud.

I ran mine on the track for many months.
