Nice. Sounds a lot like a plan I read about recently for a motorsports park on the east coast. It is supposed to include a resort and a theme park for a full-family vacation.

Too bad they couldn't have built it where it belongs, IN RIVERSIDE, but at least it's still a lot closer than Thunderhill.
