2.5L deletes oil squirters. Not cool.

Honda wouldn't have spent a ton of money doing a recall on the original oil squirter bolts if you didn't need to have oil squirters functioning properly.

Actually. they have figured out how to add them back. Funny thing that, after many blow ups and a lot of crap from the forum, they magically figured out how to get them in.

So ILP is re-engineering their re-engineering after denying the squirters were needed in the first place.

Wow - I'd totally trust that these guys did their homework on all other aspects of this kit!

I made my choice - ordered a F22C shortblock from the dealer. I will keep the damaged block as a project (build, SC, stroke or...)

I took a different route. I bought a used F20C engine out of a salvage to get the thing functional again. I'll disassemble my old engine, probably go with an F22C short block. The used engine (16K miles) ran me $2600 CDN shipped but at least the car is functional. I now have lots of extra time to work on my old engine.

good info! from what i have found, to pass the 250whp mark, you'll need some displacment, either with a 2.2 or a 2.4. a 2.4 with ITBs/j's/megan/berk header/70mm exhaust and EMS should land you in the 250-260 range without aggresive tuning. add some cams, more aggrsive tuning you should tickle 270whp.
