Mugen 31.8mm front swaybar : discontinued
The 31.8mm Mugen front swaybar has been on back-order at King Motorsports for a while now, and they can't confirm when/if they shall be receiving any. I've been looking to source it elsewhere, and you shall find below the correspondence I've exchanged with JAPANPARTS, so take for what it's worth.

Gentlemen,
I would like to know if the Mugen 31.8mm stabilizer bar for the front of the Honda S2000 is presently available. It seems to be back-ordered in the U.S.
Thank you,
Pierre

Yeah, I was also waiting for months for my Mugen sway bar from King's Motorsports. I couldn't wait any longer. I paid a bit more and just ended up getting the Comptech Adj. bar.

If you don't need something as stiff or expensive as a Gendron bar or the Comptech bar, Saner fabrication will bend one to your spec, and they have a quality product. I always say if its good enough for Brian Preibe its good enough for me.
If I wasn't able to get my grubby paws on the Mugen bar I would have contacted Saner.

Greetings All-
Mugen has been having problems with timely deliveries from the supplier of the 31.8mm front sway bar. This is the same supplier that produces all the Honda OEM sway bars for the S2000. Until a consistent supply channel for this part becomes available we have chosen to take this part off our website. We expect it will be available again in the future, but I connot say when this will be. We apologize to everyone that is on our backorder list for any inconveniences...
BTW. Mugen NEVER produced a 30mm front sway bar for the S2000. The only other choice is a 25.4mm bar...
Best Regards,
Scott

Scott,
Maybe you should read my post again, as Japanparts corrected the original misunderstanding about the 30mm bar, by admitting the big front bar(actually 31.8mm) is not available. It could be clearer, but it ISN'T the guy's native language.
I do agree however that the comment.... "According to Mugen, they stop making the 31.8mm stabilizer (front) because it failed to improve its performance. ".....doses not seem right.
