how will you go about choosing the thickness of the lexan?
any word on the side windows? i would definitely get it for the sides

why not just remove the rear window altogether?
Weather being one reason. Theft another. its obviously much more practical to have a rear window vs. a big hole.

We'll go as thin as we can that still keeps the shape good and doesnt bow/flex in the center flat area.

I have to get an oem glass window to them to see whats doable on the sides.

Front can be made from flat material. just needs to be cut to fit.

can it be done without having interior metal bracing? some of the sheets that flex enough to contour well, can bow under high load without support. Im guessing you have direct experience? any info is welcomed of course.
