I extended my Spoon GT wing stands
Guys
I just wanted to share last April I ran at Button Willow and felt I could use a bit more down force in the rear. So I commissioned L-Con Race Cars to make me aluminum wing stands 3inches taller to match the roof line of my HT.
Spoon Stands = 295mm
L-Con Stands = 375mm

that looks like way too much angle.
if you ran the same angle at last BW event, that might explain why you are not getting enough rear down force. air stalls somewhere between 15 to 25 degrees (against air stream). it looks like you are running way more than that (on the sides it looks like 45 degrees).

The stands looks nice. Be careful when raising the wing higher than it's design for. There's been several cars with rear wing breaking off from a modified stand. It could also add more stress on the trunk area where the stand is mounted. You might want to consider adding lateral support for the stand. Just my ¢2.

Put string strands to the underside of the wing, and make sure the air is not turbulent at the angle you choose.

I think I'm gonna pass on putting strings on my car. Lol No offense. As for what angle to have the wing at, I'm going to trust my lap times and try to be consistent as I can. Reinforcing the trunk is an excellent idea, I'll have to do that as well. But then again, my car isn't as fast as the Cyber evo to worry about the wing ripping off like their's did. Either way I will proceed with caution.

I also think that's waaay too much AoA - if it's not stalled then it's creating a tremendous amount of drag. I have a raised GTC200 and I run the center section at 0deg. In the pic below I was running a bit more than 0deg and even that was too much:

Definitely be careful raising the wing too high as most 3d wings were made to mounted below the roof line. I would consult your wing maker to see what the optimum angle of attack is i.e. right before you start to get diminishing returns. For reference that point on the GTC-200 is about -10 degrees.
