How to drive tracks in Europe?
For my son's college graduation present next June, we are considering a trip for him and me to Europe, spending a week or so seeing things (he's never been there), and driving a couple of the great tracks there. I know nothing about how one finds out when tracks are open for drop-in driving, nor how one can rent a car suitable for track driving.
Can anyone give me any assistance in this?

It's kind of a Catch-22: If we go in April, he won't graduate; if we don't go in April, I'm not sure how to do it.
Maybe we'll just go to California to drive the great tracks in California. Or in honor of his college's location in Portland, we could drive the great track in Portland.
