Default Help with bell helmet

Bought a new Bell RS7 helmet. I asked their support email if the linings can be removed.

" The face pieces can be removed but the other lining cannot."

Then i asked if the cheek pads were held in by glue cause i dont want to remove it if it is.

"The face piece are forced fit"

What does that mean??? Anybody have a bell helmet can help me out?

I think he was thinking you wanted to remove the cheek pads to either change the size of them or not run them at all versus removing them for cleaning.

I know they have custom size cheek pads on their website for rs7 helmet. However the instruction booklet didnt even state that the cheeks were removable.

I had a pyrotect helmet that was held by 3 button tabs ( like on a jacket) for each cheek pad. The arai rx7 motorcycle was a clip type.... Maybe thats "force fit"?
