anyone have more info on this? specifically, how does it retrofit to old bars?

Looks like it just goes across and mounts in the same holes used for the OEM bulkhead and OEM roll hoops (doesn't look like it physically attaches to the Harddog bar itself but pic is not so clear). Looks like you'll need the seat belt D-ring mounts already welded to the Harddog bar.

its not part of the actual roll bar so you can just order it now and put it in after or altogether.

The photo on FaceBook looks like it only has a mounting point for the driver's side reel. Can anyone confirm this mounts both reels?

Look closer at the pic. Not only is the bracket in the center, there are also two holes: one already has the driver side pulley mounted so the other hole is obviously for the passenger pulley.

That's the main reason why I probably won't get this. I run 1/2 a bulkhead on the passenger side and it holds my glove box in place.
