OEM bulkhead still in-tact, eyebolts for harnesses, OEM seatbelt retractors stay in place. Great set-up for tall people like me.

You can see that the secret compartment lock box is still in place. The secret compartment area doesn't have a tray anymore though so it's useless

s2kobsession - doesn't look like you're using the oem metal hoops to reinforce the bulkhead. are you reinforcing the bulkhead some other way?

What he said. Is that arrangement approved by anybody (NASA, SCCA, HPDE organizer)?

I'm a little confused here. What exactly is a bulkhead?

No offense, but there is no way I would run like that. The bulkhead was not designed for forces in that direction. So unless you heavily reenforced it somehow, I personally wouldn't consider that safe.

Is the any additional modification that needs to be done if I do not want to have the stock roll hoops installed?

I do not want to cut the trim (incase I ever take the Hard Dog roll bar out), and I figure the stock roll hoops are useless at this point so I'd like to have them removed for weight savings/aesthetics. I'm reading through the Hard Dog install instructions on their site and it seems like I'll be fine if I don't reinstall the roll hoops, but I just want to make sure if there is any additional modification needed.

Thanks

So I'm guessing the OEM roll hoops are needed in order for the bulkhead to be reinforced properly? Or is this only needed if you're running harnesses mounted on the bulkhead?

I want to remove the OEM roll hoops while running the standard OEM 3 point seat belt (for now). Will I need to do any additional mods?
