i am considering rockin one of these rollbars with the semi gutted interior but i was wondering how noisy does the cabin get? would it be too much noise for daily driving and long distance driving? also, would girls get annoyed with the added noise?

i think the additional cabin noise is pretty annoying for daily driving. my wife commented that the car's louder. but i'm particularly sensitive to noise.
it's not hugely louder...just noticeably louder. like a deep cabin echo.

I am sensitive to noise the area where the spare goes realy resonates without the interior there. I coverred the rear in QuietCoat and also the cabin and the trans tunnel and it helps with the noise a lot.

i like the idea of a little more space in the interior and if the noise levels can be suppressed with some dynamat or truck bed liner that that would be dope i was always wondering how i would get my snowboard into my car and have a passenger, i think this may be it! hopefully it can still look nice inside with out interior panels and glove box thing.

yes, more space and yes, looks cool lol and i do want the protection when i track her. do you disagree? i want to change my seats and run harnesses but from everything i read, the proper way is using a roll bar with a harness bar on it. adding the roll bar and keeping the interior seems to take up a lot of space that the seat could use when rolled back. the roll bars the mount further in give the seats more room but leave you without the rear interior. am i looking at this right or am i retarded? its been on my mind for about 2 years now, and ive only owned the car for two years.
