Mr Ak, yes, the soft top works fine with the Hard Dog double diagonal bar installed, even with the bulkhead in place. The fit on the HD is great, both with the soft top and an OEM hard top. Install of the HD would be much easier without the soft top, though.

Does anyone have any more pictures of the shoulder harness guide bracket? Is it just this bracket welded to the bar? is there anything more to it? They charge $60 for it. If it's just this one mount, I can probably get a similar mount welded locally for $10.
here's some pics of the seat belt tap on my HD.

I see in photos where the stock roll hoops are retained, that the hard dog roll bar sits further forward than the stock roll hoops. Does this mean that it would be unsafe to drive daily with the seat all the way to the back because the bar would be directly over your head?
I'm not really asking for me because I don't sit all the way back, but maybe a passenger would for more leg room. Would adding this rollbar be unadvised for daily driven car?

If you get the single diagonal HD bar (welded or removable), you can keep the OEM hoops but loose some seat rearward travel. If you get the double diagonal HD bar, you loose the OEM hoops (and their trim pieces) but get full rearward seat travel (less 3 clicks of recline). As a tall guy I need the seat travel to drive. However, I'd probably be OK as a passenger (where I wouldn't do a whole bunch of heal-toe rev matching). The single diagonal allows less trim fitting work, but you lose the "hidden" compartment. Either one I'd imagine would be equal as far as distance from the noggin.

Single welded diagonal
Lower welded harness bar
OEM seat belt guide
Padding and vinyl cover
Bulkhead cut in half. Bulkhead and oem belt removed on driver side. OEM hoop reinstalled on passenger side to keep passenger side bulkhead in place
Thanks to f20kills for the bulkhead idea and Greg W for donating his oem hoop
