Good feedback, thanks. How do you trim a seat? Just cut/grind the shell? I would hate to cut up a seat and would rather dent the tunnel or something.

I installed a Sparco Circuit II a few months ago. Had to trim the door panel just a bit. Fits good.

Has anyone tried a Legend's seat?

And, has anyone made a foam insert?

This is the same process, but into an upholstered Sparco seat:

I think you are right in wanting to dent the tunnel verse cut the seat.

Id agree. Further, if you need the seat to be certified(FIA, etc) it's likely grinding on the shell would invalidate it

Kirky seats are awesome! I have one as a passenger that can easily Gonin and out. My cage builder made custom mounts for it. I think it's actually more comfortable then my omp when installed with padding and cover...

Thanks. Did you cut anything on the interior?

Nope. No cutting or hammering. Pushes against the door panel just a bit. Close the door a little harder and you're good. Adds to the seat bracing.
