If someone needs belts to go with their new bar one of my track buddies has a new in the box Schroth Hybrid II HANS belt set for sale for only $275. In case you don't know that's a killer price (below my dealer cost). Here's his for sale post:

He's at the Peachtree event at Road Atlanta this weekend, so if you email him you might not hear back until Monday.

That is a great price. I'm just a bit leary about used harnesses, though.

It's not used. It's new in the box but you need to be a HANS user (he is not).

First of all, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

We still have not received the install DVD from Wael.

The rear plates for the GFL roll bars are slightly different than the original Elda bar causing them to attach to the plate at a more acute angle from the main hoop. This is what is making the bar interfere with the rollhoops. There is no safety issue if the seatbelt anchor point from the factory rollhoop is relocated to the rollbar via a clamp such as:

We will do our best to resolve this issue in the following manner:

1) If you intend on removing the factory rollhoops for weight savings, we can offer a pair of clamps as pictured above. This way you can maintain the stock seatbelts, and the weight savings benefit.

2) If you must have your factory rollhoops in place, we will make arrangements to have the bars shipped back to us, and we will send out a replacement bar with the design revision that will accomodate the factory roll hoops.

3) If you are completely unsatisfied with GFL product support and customer service, and neither of the above resolutions are to your liking, we will issue you a refund upon return receipt of the rollbar.

Regards,
Asura, Go Fast Lab
Asura, has the first batch of clamps shipped?
