The dash bar is gone, not sure what you mean.
By glass do you mean windshield? I kept the glass on recommendation about problems with wipers scratching lexan.
Evap I still have
wire harnesses I still mostly have.

Yes wipers scratch it but how much rain do you get there? a sheet of lexan isn't that expensive and you can replace it once it gets that scratched up. Unless it rains a lot thats what I would do.

Also getting rid of the sound deadening material is probably worth 10lbs.

Also you can save more weight by removing the trunk closing hardware and in it shut.
