First time at the track - Best 1/4 mile: 15.8 seconds? What's wrong with me?

Holy crap! I thought the S2k was hitting high 13's in the 1/4.
Everything I have read says that. I guess I wont be to worried about you guys anymore. I always assumed that I would get my pants smoked off but, at these times I might go get the ole truck and run ya!I'm sure I could get atleast a 15.5 in my chevy pick up my Nissan will run 13.9's all day and with slicks a 13.4. No offense though I still love the S2k.

i think the best that ive heard of s2's 1/4 miles is 13.6's, 13.8's, 14, 14.2, 14.3 14.5...but those times in this thread must mean that the track sucks big time...

Yeah! I must agree with you there. The tracks can put a hurtin on those et's. I have been to tracks where I told people I was in the ^13's and made a complete fool out of myself w/ low 14's and then again I have been called out for calling low 14's and running ^13's so I can understand that. I also understand that driver is a huge part of the formula. I push the Nissan pretty hard to get those times.
