I'm not an expert on offsets, so can someone who knows this stuff please let me know what would be equivalent to 17x9 +63 in 9.5 and 10 widths in terms of clearance? I'm interested, but my front TRM C3 17x9's are already pretty tight in terms of clearance.

17x10+45 is not what you're looking for.

If you want a bolton solution you're looking at 17x9.5 +55 or higher (even still might rub) or 17x10+72

Thanks to both of you for the help - unfortunately, these options don't work for me.

Additionally, both of those offsets with that wheel width will rub your control arms and/or other suspension components when the wheel is at full lock and/or under heavy compression while cornering.

A 10" wide rim is not really a viable plug and play option. Rolling and some minor pulling is required at +45, but rubbing inside and on control arms should be minimal.
