18 x 11.0 with 8.5" Backspacing RPF1
This is becoming a popular size for Auto-X (SSM and BSP) and road racing. Can be used as-is on rear with fender rolling. Can be used on front with a ~1" spacer, depending on camber, and fender rolling/minor pulling. Great competition tire sizes available 285/295/315/etc. The only options currently are custom 3-pc wheels like CCW/BBS which are heavy and expensive.

NT03+M 17x10 +42-45 - Prefer concave face like the +40 offset wheels

I'd like to change my vote to hyperblack. Didn't realize it was just a more shiny silver.
As much as I want this to happen I highly doubt it well. The 17x9.5+55s have the same face/wheel size as a spec enkei already produces just a different offset. A concave 17x10+45 would require an entirely new face and wheel.

I PM'd the OP, THMotorsports, the day he started his post. He has yet to respond to my request for a NT03+M 17x10 +42-45 wheel, nor has he responded to any posts on this thread. There is another vendor on S2Ki that is doing the Group Buy on a 17x9.5 +55 wheel, and I asked him to look into the possibility of a 17x10 +42-45, and he did say he would look into it.
MarkHS is also looking into arranging a limited production run of a 17x10 +45 Volk RE30 that will clear BBK's, but obviously the price of that wheel would be in the $3100-3500+ range.
I hope that someone can convince Enkei to make a 17x10 +42. I would gladly pay $1500/set for it. Otherwise, I will probably pick up a set of 17x9.5 +44, which has a street price of $1150/set or so.
