Either RT615's, Kumho MX or RS2's if you're on a budget. I'm having a set of 225/50/16 and 245/45/16 RS2's put on a set of AP1 wheels tomorrow with the whiteline fsb so I'll let you guys know how it goes.
BTW stinkytofu, what tire pressures do you reccomend for autocross?

If you're planning to run 17" sizing per your MY, then the 225/255 combination in RT-615 or MX would be a safe choice and not too expensive. I've run both and like them a lot.
On AP1 wheels, I dislike the Hankooks compared to the stock S-02. Of course, the S-02s are almost double the price (but worth the extra fun IMHO ). All other 16" street tires in the correct sizing are 2nd rate in my experience.

I just put my 225-245 RS2s on my other set of wheels... Im gona try them out at summit in a couple weeks... do a back to back set of runs with those and the RA-1s and see the difference...
I got them for 395 shipped from www.edgeracing.com I waited almost 2 weeks for them though... I think the 225-50 is an unusual size for them
