Does anyone here actually run Solo-I?

I've never even heard of one being advertised. I'm sure there's a few around but I suspect they're mostly hillclimbs. Dunno about you but I'm not brave enough to face dropoffs lined with trees or boulders. Super-Solo2 speeds would be cool, tho - I can tell you what the S does below 60 but not above. Track junkies would probably have the advantage there...

And I've got the dropoffs lined with trees covered too The Armco helps some, but there's precious little runoff at the Ring!
They're currently discussing flattening out or removing some of the bumps on the Ring though. Guess they want to limit the amount of airtime one gets

One of the reasons I sold the S2000 was because I wanted to run Solo I. Until very recently there wasn't a Solo I legal bar available for the car. I also wanted a quicker track car. I'm running a Formula Continental in Solo I and I'm hooked on it. So yes there is at least one person here running Solo I but not in an S2000. I've never seen one running in a Solo I. I did use my car as the safety car and even the test car for a Solo I a couple of years ago.
