Dash/airbag removal
Move if necessary.
I figured more of you have removed the dash than in any other forum. Yes, I have a manual, but I've followed it before and performed way more work than was necessary. Any shortcuts or tips to make the process easier?
My dash has a 6.5" monitor installed with a custom bezel. I'd like to keep it intact in order to be able to resell it. This day was inevitable- just can't believe it's actually here. Show/track car to real track car(not a race car... yet).
Thanks in advance.

The helms won't steer you wrong, it pretty straightforward. Remove the steering column, unplug the dash harness at multiple locations and unbolt the dash.
Are you putting a dash back in the car?

I doubt I'll put one back in. She's kind of nekkid without carpet, center console, etc. I've finally come to grips with going that next step. I haven't purchased a steering wheel or hub(mainly because I'm ignorant in that department) yet. The Koni's ship out Monday for revalving, so she'll be down for a spell.

Not many corners to cut removing the dash. They are installed as an assembly, with the harness, cluster and support brace all together. It comes out the same way. Your nav screen may cause some more difficulties.

Skip, if you're looking for a wheel and quick release, I may have something you'd like. I don't have an S2000 hub though, as this came out of another car. PM me if you want details.

Again, thanks, Chris. If you elect to screen calls, remember, my area code is not 540.

If Skip passes, I'd be interested.
Just got finished watching Ohio State getting a chance at the national title- Pitt beating WVU.
