Default Conditions at National Trails yesterday

I recently put Advan A048s on my car, so I decided to take it back to national trails. My previous best run was a 13.8 on street tires. My hope for the Advans was a 13.6. However, the track was not in any shape to run that kind of time. I didn't see one car hook up like it should have. My friend's Evo 8 (429whp) normally runs high 11s. He ran 11.6 consistenly in Texas last weekend. His best run yesterday was a 13.5. Every car on the track was at least .5 over their first dial-in time. I was running in the mid 14s all night. I'm going back on saturday, and hopefully the conditions will be somewhat better. The weather was hot and humid (93F, 72% humidity), the track wasn't as clean as it could've been, the car was getting warm air, etc. Next time I go back on a day like yesterday, what do you guys recommend to get me closer to my mid-13s. Here is an average of 6 runs. I started with a dial-in of 14.20 because I only got there in time to run one time trial.

Dial: 14.20
R/T: .045
60': 2.509
330': 6.528
1/8: 9.755
MPH: 76.65
1000: 12.521
1/4: 14.850
MPH: 96.60
