Renault uses soft plastic fenders which get back in their old shape themselves if not bend too much.
Thats great for racing applications, someone should produce those for the S

Also 840 for something that will shatter vs ~3-400 for something that will bend and usually can be repaired.

some of us like the S2000 even though we can afford more expensive cars.
if I prefer a CF panel (whether it be due to bling, "JDM", weight or because is my favorite color) and I don't mind it getting smashed during racing then so be it. *shrug*
