Budget HPDE+(Street Limited) Time Attack Build
#101
Thanks Roel and Afterfire! It's refreshing to see some people still bothers with reading before commenting...
Like you guys mentioned, don't have the budget to buy a dedicated race car at the moment. I also live in an apartment with only public parking, so no space to put a tow truck + trailer + race car... Hence why I'm trying to make the S as capable on track as possible while still be able to drive it home afterwards and go get groceries.
Anyways! I'm headed to Touge Factory / TF Works tomorrow for a pretty special part, hopefully getting a tour of the shop as well as where all the Stance/Reinharte USA stuff are built!

I'm not trying to poke holes, but did the Accusump not fit on the front crossbar there in front of the motor? I'm guessing because it is the larger capacity version? That is where I had planned on mounting mine (haven't gotten around to it yet).

Not sure where you are thinking of... On top of the cross beam there's an intake, behind it is kinda close to the engine, etc... Since the oil cooler is already sitting out front, it was one of those 'might as well' decisions ha. Would've stuffed it in the trunk if I didn't have a trunk full of parts all the time!

Wish you were still putting out content with the S2K.. Don't get me wrong, I love the supra build but something about watching you drive the S at the limit gets me hyped! Always loved the pedal cam. Supra pedal cam would be extremely boring lol..
