No, he's talking 215 vs 255
Doesn't make sense.. a tire size for one car doesn't mean is applicable to another. I wouldn't put the same tire sizes as a Viper ACR on my car.
Agreed.

Not exactly a fair comparison, though, as the br-z is much closer to an s2k than an s2k is to a viper.

"and tuned on E85"
Thats the kicker in this example. An S2000 will already be picking up 20-30 or so with a tune on pump gas, much less e85.
My s2k picked up all of zero power with a tune. TP + tune does make power, however.

The BRZ also picked up no (useable at the track) power from the exhaust. We even tried doing pulls with an open header, and still had no gains. 104 octane unleaded also yielded no gains. The exhaust did pick up power between 3500-4500 RPM though. I don't have an intake, header, or tune.

Cool vid Mike. But it has to be said, your line was better than the S2000's. I think I see 1.5 maybe 2 seconds on the table if you were the to drive that particular S2000.

Those were roughly 2:09-2:10 laps

Someone had to say it...

Yup. It would be cool to see similar prep cars with similar drivers. Say, stock size RS3's and proper brake pads, and that's it.

That can be arranged...

S2k will have a slight advantage in proper alignment, unless I manage to find a better solution.

That you do!

That being said this car is becoming really popular at the track already. I think I saw 5 FR-S/BRZ today at Streets. 3 or so didn't even have their own plates. lol.
