Best front tire width for stock AP2 rims
I'm planning put azenis rt615 on my stock ap2 v2 rims(going to sow on may 10th). from my research, rear should be 255/40/17 but when it came down to front, im struggling on deciding either i should get 225/45/17 or 235/40/17. Which one would be better for quicker lap time @ the track? any recommendation?
by the way im running on stock spring/shock so rubbing wont' be an issue(hopefully)
Thanks

hey man im running Toyo Ra1s 235/40/17 and 255/40/17 and have no problem with rubbing, Im also on stock suspension.
although if you go with a 255 in the rear you may have to roll the rear fenders.

i was running a 255 in the rear with a 17x9 rim in the back, i had minimal rubbing and i was dropped. i went with a smaller tire and a higher sidewall for more depth. you shouldnt have an issue with stock suspension at all. you will love the azenis...plus i found a place to get them for dirt cheap

Try www.onlinetires.com. Their prices are lower than Vulcan by a tad and shipping is also a tad cheaper.
