If you have a big enough front bar, try the 265s in the rear, you'll like it!
Right now, our choices in 16" tires are too small, too big, or Hoosiers and my co-driver hates Hoosiers.

We thought about 265, but they are too tall. This car has so little low end grunt that we cant afford to lose any. We were using 225 front with 245 rear when we had V700 Victoracers. The 225 V710 comes within .1" of the 245 Victoracer treadwidth and overall diameter is .5" less than the 265.

To the person who asked if you can run the 245/275 V710 combo on AP2 wheels the answer is yes. You may need to raise your ride height a bit to avoid rubbing.
Good luck!

I just bought my S a little over a month ago. I guess the previous owner replaced the stock S02's with S03's.
I've only run the S on one autocross event so far. I have a lot of setup to do for next season, just trying to plan it all now. I was shocked at the difference between the AP2 and my AP1. I could have gone about 1.5 seconds faster in a stock AP2 than my stock AP1 the way it's set up now. That sucks.
Gord has the Comptech FSB a pretty agressive alignment and V710's, and he was 5 seconds faster than me on a 75 second course.

Could that be a reason it felt unsettled?
