no, i have not done it yet. i test fitted them, trying to figure out size/offset for my v8 s2k... oops, i guess my xp car plans are out of the bag....
I'm guessing then, it isn't possible to run a 295/315 setup on a AS car?

What would you think about putting the new Nitto's 235/17 on the front of a CR.
For autocross, it is a bad choice as the compound is too hard.
For track, it may be good.
It would fit, if that is your main concern.

anything is possible, but 245's rub in the front, 275's rub worse so a 295, aside from being a m'fer to mount on 7" wheels, would just rub constantly.

I am going to use it for the street tire class and the rears are 255/17. I was asking about if the new street nittos would fit and not rub in the stock configeration of a 2008 CR. Thanks for your input.

Chris - Before i ran R's a lot of people said they( 245's A6's ) rubbed so I went out and bought the clips for the fender liner, but on stock shocks they never rubbed, and on the Custom valved konis they never rubbed. I have only ran at Devens and NHIS, so maybe it would be different at other venues. I guess I'll find out more this year.
