Can't wait to see some updates on a brake duct kit!

To GT Motoring I think you would get many interested customers if you sold a full ducting kit.

Rivets are good but you have to drill the bumper.

My duct tape works great and was remove able. You can silicon/caulk it too

Gents, I agree. Riveting is not the way to go, unless its a full out track car where aesthetics are of no concern.

A slip fit with overlap so that it nests on the bumper duct opening and you can epoxy there would be the other option to stick it if not interested in using rivets. It would have the same effect of more bonding serface area with no downside. It'll be far more secure than a butt joint with epoxy only on the edge of the duct opening. You have to keep in mind that serious racers as well as average joe will be using these.
