Any links or info on the mental side of racing?
Hey guys,
I'm having a lot of trouble conveying my thoughts and experience on the mental side of racing to someone.
You know, things like visualization techniques, the killer instinct, confidence, etc.
Any links you can point me to that discusses this? or any points you would like to make yourselves?

I learned this stuff a long time ago, and sadly practice very little of it, but I'm trying to explain the principles of it.
For example, she says I need to get angry then I pass everyone. And she's right, when someone pisses her off she makes pass after pass. I want her to find that killer instinct with out the drama.
Plus I don't think she believes me that the mental preperation actually works.
