Any feedback on AST 4150's on track? Baseline settings?

Thanks for the feedback guys. It sounds like the setup on these will be very similar to KW's in that it needs to be adjusted near full stiff. I am ordering a set of these. I want to stagger my spring rates 800 lb front and 600 lb rear to eliminate my Saner fsb. I would put the stock AP2 bar back on. Is anyone running this much stagger or something similar? Do you guys think they will handle 800 lb springs?

Maybe check with AST directly, to see if they can do 800lb springs.

http://deftmotion.com/ast-4150-dampe...nda-s2000.html

Deft Motion is about to end the current group buy. They are giving them away at only $2,695. - "$2695 shipped for AST 4150 Damper, AST Top Hats, AST Helper Springs, Hyperco Main Springs(Pick your own rates)"

I would call them asap if you are interested. They need a certain amount before AST will make a set. I ordered the last set needed to fulfill the quota.

I can't recall exactly how long it would be. I think it was like 6-8 weeks? They only asked for half down. You pay the rest upon shipment.

And in all fairness, this was time waiting for AST to finalize and produce, the first product. I actually waited longer, as my first commitment to the product was in fall of 2011.

I think now it's just order and production time.

I still have a set of the original 4100s on my car that I'm very happy with. Running 700/600lb rates. Much nicer than the KWs I've had and not that far behind the Ohlins.
