wow i'll have to hit that place up. Usually those unlimited plans come with lots of restrictions tho like they'll only do OEM spec alignments and such.
This place is legit, John gets super excited when cool cars come in. He is a genuinely nice guy. Bring a few 2x4's though, rack is a little steep, but not bad.

?? dont understand that, why
the cars geometry is setup to have a rake. If you lower the rake, you will change the weight distribution.

With me in the car and 1/3 tank of gas, there's a difference the front and rear height. If you move the battery to the trunk and change the weight distribution for example, that would change it also.

If you're going to do an alignment, get the corner balance

Umm, no. Corner balance is cross weight only. Nothing to do with rake. U can Jack up the front 10", it won't change corner balance.

You try to get a 50/50 cross-weight (LF+RR = RF + LR).

I would try to go someplace that will corner-weight and align at the same time, like Evasive. Then once you have your alignment and cross-weight dialed in, you can go to a place like Express Tire for maintenance alignments.

Yup, corner weight is for cross-weights.

Ideally you should:

1. Corner weight and balance (have adjustable end links, so that you have no sway bar preload). This will dictate your ride height, at which point you shouldn't play with it.

2. Alignment

notes: going into corner weight with good alignment and ride height is advised.

^^Aren't you going to want to get the alignment *after* the corner balance since the alignment will change with the ride-height adjustments?

I misunderstood this statement...it sounded like you said to have a good alignment/ride height before the corner weight.
