Default adjusting left rear koni sport

Just put in my koni sports. How am I supposed to adjust the left rear strut? The fuel fill lines are totally in my way. What does everyone else do?

It needs to be installed with the knob on the shock.

Take one of your adjusting knobs and carefully remove the keyhole from the knob. I used a hacksaw and very short strokes. The keyhole is pretty much a perfect press fit in a 3/8" socket for a 1/4" drive. On an extention you can weave it between the fuel lines.

I bought mine used and only got one knob and it had a neck.

I went to their site and got and purchased extra knob (short) and just added it to the installed strut and left there. Here's a link to their site.

Works like a champ, unless I'm not that patient when adjusting. In that situation, I take off the bolt that is holding the fuel neck(?) to the body and move it enough out of the way to make the adjustment more comfortably.

Hope this helps.

I can get the adjuster in there with 1 hand and then with my other hand pull back on the boot that goes around the 2 lines and i'm able to adjust without a problem.
