Is -3 r camber and .24 rear toe to aggressive for an intermediate driver?

The front toe will typically only effect the turn in and braking stability characteristics. The HP will be dealt with with rear toe and the driver. The front sway will shift the roll stiffness bias towards the front which is important for steady state cornering balance. The X bar does not change a thing in terms of under/over steer balance.

And like always suspension setup is a balancing act of pros and cons to each adjustment. Many ways to do it, every car is different, many drivers like different things etc etc.

Drove the car a good amount yesterday and the turn in was very unsettling. Going back today to correct it. Hard to believe such a minute about of front toe can cause that much turn in!

1/16 in the front is considered a good amount actually. Glad your able to correct it
