Exhaust system is a header, short pipe, 9 inch wide by 14 inch long stainless muffler, short pipe and then a turn down. It ends under the car. All tubing is 2.5 stainless. With open car SCCA allows exhaust to end under car, but must be rear of halfway between the wheels.

For most a SCCA races the noise limit is 103 db, thus I am well below that limit. When I tried a 4 inch round muffler at Lime Rock at a muffled LRP club day, it was over the noise limit. Not sure if it under there with the current bigger muffler.

Some have suggested it is louder exiting under the car.

Any idea who makes the muffler? I assume it's pretty light?

By the way what scca region do you guys run in?

Wow that's really impressive! I guess it can be done with somewhat relative ease! What do you mean about no spare tire well though? You cut it out?

It is...but EP is a much more open class than STU in terms what you can change and remove.

Does it have a fire system? OEM fuel tank?

My muffler is a Magniflow stainless steel from Summit. It is about where the stock cat would be. I should have the specs at home if you need details.

Not sure who you were asking about SCCA region. I am an NNJR member, but race with any region.
