Pat; Basically correct. New rule=Not much change.
However, like I posted in other thread, some cars (BRZ particularly) were able to take advantage of header, and gain a lot of power

I guess it would depend on your camber setting you could adjust to get the most out of your tire. I think with a smaller tire you wouldn't have to run as much camber to get best contact for the tire, but that is only a guess with no measurements.

This statement is incorrect. Remember that if you're under Reclass regs, you have a WHP ceiling AND you have a weight floor. You cannot just do as much engine mods as you would like under a reclass and think that as long as you are within your class pw/wt ratio that you're good to go. Greg G has already figured out what your ratio will be and you cannot do anything power or weight wise to change that after you've received your reclass numbers.

yeah if doing a dyno reclass, do every mod in section C that will keep you in your power/weight goal haha
do not change your car regarding section C once you've dyno reclassed, i meant do all your mods before submitting the reclass

Actually talking with my buddy a pro race team tire guy, at at least my level he feels if be much faster on a 255 vs 275 as Id be able to get a 255 up to temps faster.
He's going to look at fitting a 255 on my 17x10 rims. Have to double heck but I don't think I saw an a/r 7 in 17x255. May look for some stock wheels and run 245..
