I would like to say that its confirmed. By going to a 9.5 vs a 9.0 wheel, it felt solid, more mechanical grip, better feedback as well. Was able to also go about 1psi lower on tires due to a slight stretch which was welcomed.

Downforce front fenders, although it looks like it may fit with stock fenders with a roll due to running a 40 aspect ratio tire with a little stretch. Definitely won't fit on OE front fenders with 245/255 tires. The rear is OE with a roll and relocated tab.

Interesting. So aftermarket front fenders are 0 points? The wording is confusing or absent when it comes to wider aftermarket fenders. Unfortunately the stack of R7's in my garage are 225/45/17. I'll have to look into this.

Pat, here's how I read it:
Point 1 covers simple rolling and pulling.
Point 2 is purposely separate and covers replacing with wider fenders, as long as it's just the bodywork and not altering the inner part. In other words, you can't move the wall the control arms attach to.
h. Body
1) Rolled fender lips
2) Flared fenders (Alteration of the inner aspect of fender wells is not permitted, i.e. “tubbing”)
