One thing to add regarding apples-to-apples comparisons for lap times (not to rain on anyone's parade ). Several people (non-S2K drivers...ahem) mentioned to me that I should add this caveat: the configuration on 8/15 was slightly different than what Redline TA and W2W races run: The infield cicane at turns 9 and 10 were missing tire barriers and there was a wider radius turn onto the roval from turns 15 thru 17. Not sure exactly how much this would equate in terms of seconds shaved.

Yeah, but the bumps were bigger. And there was more smog which made it harder to see and harder for our high horsepower engines to rev. And it was snowing. So in conclusion, the track was probably 6-7 seconds slower than those TA and W2W races.

I did a "ricer flyby" on Daryls vid
I dont know how accurate my Gs are to what I really did but racechrono did plot them in green.
I couldnt get my car to go faster than 130 in turn 1 and 2 but I did hit a high of 136....need to shed some more LBs and less drag for next time
