I have 245/45-17 front, and 275/40-17 rear, when it's dry, using V710s (235/45-17 front; 255/40-17 rear RA-1s when wet). No rubbing that I've been able to detect.

With the Victoracers, I think Peter successfully used a 225 front and 255 rear. The car drove very nicely with those tires. I tried it.
