What size test pipe?

What size test pipe?
How do i determine what size test pipe to go with? I already have a magnaflow exhaust which i think is 2.5" pipe. Would i benefit going with a 70mm or 63mm? I also want it to have the cel fix. Any opinions?

If you are going to stay with the 2.5" cat-back you have now, going with a 70mm test pipe is just going to bottle neck and cause turbulence in the exhaust flow. Go with the 63mm.
