Or you you can do a eTune with Jeff Evans. I did and it was a good investment. He will start you out with a very good base map! My suggestion though.
With SC, my BOV was always open during partial throttle/cruising anyways. I did constantly check my AFR (I have a gauge) and had no change in AFR values while driving regularly.

If you have completely no idea what to do (you seem like u know a thing or 2 about tuning tho) then i would suggest return to stock. But you have a wideband, and you know how to tune, then adjust it yourself. Either way, running NA wont go above 0 vacuum, so if you want to tune it correctly you need to readjust the entire VE and timing map scales and values. But if you lean it out a bit where you are getting below 13 AFR i cant see why you wont be able to get it to your tuner.
