For quiet exhaust, it's best to find a shop that can make one to your liking. Be it mulitple resonators, free flowing mufflers, few bends etc.

I will get noise tested at Silverstone circuit next weekend

you could try that one... the mic was relatively close (about 2 to 3 ft, 45 degrees off exhaust center line) to mimic the california dmv testing holding at 3/4 rev range.

dual q300 is pretty loud with an hfc.

Not with the stock cat. It resonates. That plus a 70mm high-flow cat and it is the best I've personally experienced.

Guys my test day got cancelled due to bad weather, which is where the noise test was going to happen. Going to try again next week.
