Will the stock heatshield fit with that header?

I believe the black heat shield mounted to the body will still fit with any header. IIRC the only time the black heat shield is eliminated is with a turbo manifold or the SOT kit.

For this header the heat shields that are bolted to the stock manifold are eliminated. This isn't an issue unless you're interested in running the SOT kit. That being said, a few people are running the SOT kit without the heat shield mounting point.

i'm starting to lean towards this header as a future purchase. waiting to see how durable this header is over time.

Still holding up fine here... havnt scraped it once over any speed bumps at school and I am lowered. Sounds great, adds no rasp to exhaust (i have greddy TIC + invidia 70mm tp), power band feels smoother so prolly did add power. Great piece, ill take pics of what the color turned into after class today.

Wow, I went to a lot of trouble in cleaning mine and it doesn't look as nice as yours. What did you use to clean it?
