Do you mean stock cat and aftermarket exhaust? Decent i guess...? Everyone says the cat is the biggest restriction in the exhaust. I replaced the cat+exhaust at the same time so I couldn't tell you.
I'd spend the money on a TP or Berk HFC before purchasing a header. It would produce more significant improvements at less cost.

^Thanks drew I ordered the header already im probably gonna get a test pipe any recommendations on what size I should get? im probably gonna leave the stock exhaust on until I can find a nice 70mm exhaust.

Yeah, I went 70mm on the TP for continuity, which is what I'd recommend if you're going TP. You may want to consider going HFC instead. The smell of raw exhaust doesn't bother me, but I don't think my wife likes it that much

I'm sorry but i cant find anything on any of the headers with stock exhaust. I imagine i would still see improvements, but would my exhaust remain fairly quiet?
