Just ordered mine. 370 shipped. It'll be here the last week of October. I'll post up pics during install and impressions as the days progress.

Yeah, I read it, and I somewhat understand it. And not saying you have to be a "JDM fanboi", but J's is a great quality header and I've seen plenty of people that have put 30k+ miles on them with no issues(cracking, etc.). Just my 2 cents.

Not knocking the Private Label header, but I've always been a fan of sticking with something that's proven.

i think its a good idea to keep the heatshield on. even with my heatshield and oem header i was reading 60 C on the battery.

If I get the header this week (I should) then i will be dynoing it next week. Will be a before and after stock header. there will be NO tuning, just bolting it on.

my other mods:

Hondata flash
70mm tp
Invidia dual q300 v.4
K&N intake

so, let the anticipation begin.

oh, and if anyone wants to send me money for the dyno time, please feel free. =)

awesome, can't wait for your results. I'm looking at getting the same setup as you soon.

how do you like the hondata reflash? i'm assuming you got the toda reflash. The 8500 redline is nice to have i bet

your review is going to be very important. please post results when you can.

if this can produce similar results as the J's AND re-use the heatshield, i'm sold. Heatshield is a big selling point for me being in CA. helps pass the visual inspection and protect the battery etc.

I'm very happy with my rick's header, but if i can keep the gains and get a little more top end out of it, that'd be fantastic.
